Cute!! Thank you for sharing!

These look so beautiful and "different" from other asset packs, I love it!

Thank you for reading and commenting. I am so glad this little game is resonating with so many people... who are like me. We are never alone.
I made this game because I struggle with allowing myself that too, and it helped a little. It's a long, arduous journey to Medusa's Wake, but we'll get there.

Yes! In an interesting turn of fate, I ended up living in my late grandmother's house, among her beautiful but impractical for modern life furniture. It's been an interesting work, sometimes bitter, sometimes sweet, to adapt the space to my needs and my activities. My desktop computer wasn't very ergonomic on her round dinner table with all the doilies, but with a re-foamed cushion her armchair is perfect to sit down and think. Vintage living but not vintage values, etc. Reclaiming agency by making things ourselves!

Yes! That's true, there are such cases, usually when involving roots. Also that sounds super yummy!

Less hot! Less hot than boiling water! I'm sorry if I made this unclear, but the temperatures I gave should be all way below boiling water (which is at 100°C and 212°F afaik). The only time when I recommend boiling the plant is when making tea from plants you've gathered yourself, but that's for another zine.

Thank you! That's very kind! I definitely will!

This was really interesting to read! Thank you for sharing, I'm going to give it a try!

What a lovely zine-- I like  how it says so much in so little words. I'll sit in the pit with you!

I suffer from the MIRROR affliction to this where I cannot liveblog or microblog for the life of me, as I cannot express myself in anything less than a paragraph or two... But still I found this zine very instructive with lots of concrete tips to get me started, were I one day interested in making my own webshrines.

(Fun fact: my very first website ever was a Card Captor Sakura shrine to the Sakura x Tomoyo pairing.)

Oh thank you, thank you so much! I'm glad you had such a lovely experience reading the zine. Lighthearted yet inclusive and informative was exactly what I was going for!

I might actually make a zine on making one's own tea from one's garden, since I do this regularly... and there are quite a few ways you can go from "plant in the ground" to "delicious tea in cup". That's a great idea, thank you!

Oh this is such a smart way to do it!! Now I kind of want to try it, thank you for sharing!

That was very interesting!! I had no idea you could do this with Audacity!

Oh this (and the other ones in the series probably) is going to be SO HELPFUL as I find out how to get my zine(s) from digital only to printable! Thank you so much!

Yes... This was very relatable. :( Brain is too foggy for grand words but thank you for sharing and offering community copies and I hope the good days vastly outnumber the bad ones.

I just might! I'll let you know if I do, thank you for the encouraging!

Ohhhhh I COULD HAVE DONE THIS but I got started on another idea instead, and now there's no time >.< (I heard about the jam too late, and there's Ludum Dare this weekend too)

I could make that zine though! I so could!

Not a zine but an SSG I adore which I thought was very dummy-friendly (it's me, I'm dummy): https://bagenzo.itch.io/strawberry-starter

What a class game, thank you for sharing!

Thank you kindly <3

This is wonderful.

I've just had my first shot of T on the 25th of this month, so this felt very close to me. I'm very lucky that I already live with a wonderful person who treats me pretty much already like this, and that I've had the opportunity to learn how to be vocal about what I need & want. Still reading this felt very sweet & affirming.

Now I am inspired to show it to my partner, and ask them, how can I make such a practice centred on their own agender goblin needs?

Also, I really appreciate the generosity of community copies. I hope you are still getting some sales for your hard work!

Thank you so much! That feeling is from experience. "Am I even alive right now? Oh, wait, there's a bird".

Thank you so, so much for your kind words! I'm moved that so many related to this game-- of the queer, fat, disabled, autistic kinds. There are so many more of us than I tend to realize.

Here's to being otherworldly and vaguely threatening, if one must be perceived at all!

This looks really fun to play, but it really needs a tutorial level or two, or maybe the which element has what properties reminder right in the screen. Also, a "next level" button would make for a smoother experience.

Other than that, great job!! It's really hard to come up with a fun puzzle game and then put it online! I also love seeing a Godot project in the wild!

Thank you! I hope a solution can be found!

Oh that's what they meant by "live editor", somehow I didn't understand ahah.

Anyway, I get MODAL CONTENT with shift+c, whether I use the left shift or the right shift. I tried other shortcuts (such as replacing shift+c in the live editor by alt+c, shift+x, etc) and can confirm that I got MODAL CONTENT and issue list when expected.

I will be honest and admit that while I'm on Linux and all, I don't know what to do with what you sent me-- I could install it with NPM, but I don't know how to use it ^^; How do I run this?

Thank you so much for playing and commenting, such kind words!

Thank you for your really fast answer!

  1. I can confirm that I received the email this time and managed to edit my profile etc! I understand the hesitation-- wait and see then!
  2. Shortcuts: the results are the same with right shift as they are with left shift.
  3. Thank you for considering it!!
  4. No worries! It's understandable to spend time on bugs first.

Good luck with all your upcoming hard work! You got this!

Hello!

First, please know that I REALLY LIKE Drafft 2 and that you have made SO MANY IMPROVEMENTS COMPARED TO DRAFFT 1!! If anyone reading this is on the fence about trying Drafft 2, I really encourage them to do so. I've just spend a few hours playing with it and I am really enjoying it. I think it's a great tool that's going to help me a lot, I love the new Dialogues editor with all the nodes, I love the GDD editor with markdown... I love the new gallery... and I really appreciate being grandfathered in as someone who bought a license for Drafft 1 last year. I am so glad that my modest support is part of what drove you to create Drafft 2.

I would like to bring a couple of things to your attention:

  • There is now this community space on itch, and another one at community.drafft.dev. Which one is the one to prioritize?
  • I tried creating an account on community.drafft.dev, but I never received the activation email. I waited 1 hour, then clicked "send another email", then waited another half an hour. Then I clicked "change email address" and used another address, and it's been more than ten minutes now, but still no emails. I have checked my SPAM folders on both my inboxes.
  • Ctrl + Shift + : is not working on Linux Mint 22.1 Cinnamon, using French / AZERTY keyboard configuration. Instead it has the same effect as Ctrl + A (select all).
  • Ctrl + Shift + Pis not working either (same configuration). It doesn't have any effect.
  • Ctrl + Shift + Tabis not working either (same configuration). It doesn't have any effect.
  • The other shortcuts work as intended :) very practical!
  • Please consider adding the per-node contextual menu (Edit / Duplicate / Delete, the three vertical dots menu) to the floating Dialogue menu (the one with zoom in, zoom out, fit to view, etc.) It took me several minutes to find the Duplicate option, as my eyesight isn't the best and I hadn't even seen the edit icon and the three vertical dots at first.
  • The docs aren't up to date, I started writing all the things that weren't up to date but then I realised, you probably know that already and didn't have the time to work on the docs yet.

That's all I can think of for now! Thank you!

Thank you so much for playing and commenting! I'm glad you enjoyed the game, and so happy that it introduced you to the "amare" tag! It's a wonderful approach to relationship-centred stories, I think, and I'm very proud to use it!

It's funny, I hadn't planned to mention therapy at all when I started writing the game but it sort of bubbled up anyway, and so I left it. I understand that it's a tool that helps a lot of people, and I think that's great. But after several years, I just don't think my issues can be reduced to "it will be okay either way", and unfortunately it seems to be the only tool that therapists have to offer me.

Anyway. Thank you for validating me! It's a little ironic that the experience of not feeling valid is so common and valid in itself, but such is life.

Thank you so much! That's such a kind thing to say. I was a bit worried about biting more than I could chew, I'm glad the game resonated with you!

LOL Manjaro is based on Arch so it's almost the same ;)

Oh, it's gonna be Arch (btw), isn't it?

Thank you so much for making an itch version!! Especially with a native Linux build! I really appreciate it :D

Thank you! I will email you shortly.

Hello! Itch tells me I purchased this bundle as part of the Indie bundle for Palestinian Aid 3 years ago, but when I go to download, I only have access to the free version. Is that normal? Thank you!

What!! This was really cute!! Now I understand why you said to play the game before downloading the assets :D Thank you for sharing your game! It has definitely inspired me to create my own!

Thank you so much!

Thank you so much! I had run into the Neocities CLI before but somehow had only focus on the "upload" command and not the "push" command, which I think does exactly what I want. I have beneficiated greatly from your help, now I will happily go tinker some more!
