I agree, an early owl bear or few bad rolls can kill the fun... but it's an enjoyable little game :)

Thanks for your comment! If we develop this concept further after the jam, we might consider tweaking the controls (e.g.: direction buttons rotate you to face that direction and move forward by pressing a "thrust" button but it leads to other type of issues)
