I got the gilded cargo in Royal Babysitter Mode, after that I had a couple runs in that mode until I finished the challenge (yay) and when I switched to normal mode, it still didn't appear. It might have worked if I switched to normal mode immediately after losing the run where I got the gilded cargo?

I also like the idea of possible future challenge modes, it's a nice feat (:

Ah, I see. So if I got the gilded cargo in the Royal Babysitter Mode, it can't appear in the normal mode, right?

What exactly is the gilded cargo about? You get it when you had a bad start, even after rerolling, I guess - but it doesn't behave like plated cargo and after I lost my run, it doesn't appear on my deck. Was something supposed to happen with it? In the run where I got it, I could see it under deck but not in my new run. (I did not start a new run via Options or the green pearl - if the green pearl still exists? I started with the "Retry"-button.)I am also in the Royal Babysitter Challenge Mode, does that change something if you get the gilded cargo in that specific mode maybe?

If each route had a guide, it would take out the fun of the game, I think. It's not supposed to be a guided experience - your choices matter and from what I've read on here, X can be a difficult character to romance if you don't "get" him as a  person/personality. X seems very approachable and lighthearted, but actually trusts not easily, has a high moral compass and acts accordingly to it.

Whose route are you on now?

interactive fiction and then medieval fantasy, for example. Have you looked at the tags? They might also help to find something in that vein, "Story Rich", "Meaningful Choices" for example. Hope that helped

I had the same problem, I also think it might have something to do with playing in a reset? Or in my case, my parrots attacked and the cargo was gone and the ship should have gone down under but it was still there.

I downloaded the game now and as far as our progress is now, the pins are now showing up correctly (:

We (my niece and I) encountered the problem that the pin board doesn't keep track of our ending collection progress. When we played it the first time, the pin board kept progress of our first ending. (There we got Ending 1 and had already started another playthrough.)

Now we're playing on a different device, we managed to collect Ending 1, 2 and 5 but the pin board doesn't show our progress. Has anybody else encountered this problem too? If we click "Continue", we can just load old Save files, if we click "Start", I get the feeling the game just starts anew and does not "know" of endings that we already collected.

Is this a browser problem, do I have to download the game? Though the first time around, when the pin board was able to track our progress, we were also playing on the browser build.

I need a more specific hint for pain. Thank you :)

For deceit: Yes to your question. I tried manipulating the cave painting, so the model for the god of deceit might resemble the "replica" but nope. Do I miss an item that I should have?

Even when you know how to hit the human's face, what next? I also tried not hitting the teeth to maybe knock him out so "the pain goes away", didn't help either. I'm also at a loss what to do about the god of deceit, also tried manipulating the cave painting, doesn't work either :(

Thanks for taking the time to answer :) Hmm, maybe I will stumble upon one of the features in-game that allow me to decipher the frog language easier. I'm also curious about the frog that has a bookshelf on its boat like the guy that can make one of the crew mates smarter but you can't interact with the bookshelf frog. For the first time, I have a frog on my boat because of the cat goddess but that hasn't made communicating with the frogs easier :D

What's up with the frog and the word game? I seem to make out "Hello friend!" at the beginning and then I'm lost about how to decipher his message and how to answer (?) him. In the screenshot I also can make out "please" as well as "and", I think. If anyone has a hint who already has figured it out, that would be great :)

How do you get to the confession ending? I got the good ending for their friendship and thought it was really sweet (I think I got 3 of the endings), but I really wanted to ask Naomi about her deleted application, the bus tickets she bought, things like that.

Edit: I got to the ending where I could ask her about the application and the tickets, and could also confess my feelings. In my version, Alex didn't mention the party where she couldn't stop staring at Naomi. I will try again later maybe (:

And yes, it is possible to become friends with a romantic interest whose specific route you didn't choose. (From Chapter 5 on, you will leave the Common Route and continue the story with a specific romantic interest in the main focus; keep that in mind.)

Regarding the choice concerning X that you mention: You don't throw away the connection if you choose not to find them attractive in that specific instant. But you should know, towards the end of Chapter 4 there might be options that you can't choose if you neglected your connection to X too much.

You have to find Natalie who is a moth, and you know what their species is attracted to... But do you need hints to find her?
