simple high poly to low poly bake(ao and normal map), added the diffuse bake with some lights, added a gradient with some grunge(noise multiplied by noise lol) and corrected some areas with painting :)
you can check the blend files so see the full setup if you want :)

yes it's possible, i recommend to use an orthographic camera setup/ and if you like the outlines you can enable freestyle on the render options , or grease pencil line art modifier
