it's before the interlude with sans, wingdings, and papyrus, when you pretty much have some free time and choose to stay at home out of the three options you're given. you have to collect all of the clues up until that point

i remembered getting stuck there only because while you're hanging out with ralsei, there's two clues given in where you want to hang out next with him--it's the swan park and the dessert shop. i pretty much pick one choice then go back to the other; i'm not sure if there's a better way of doing it, but it's what i do

aw man :< there's no other walkthrough that i know of other than the one in their discord so i'm not so sure. is there a particular route you're doing or are you going in on platonic?

alright so if i remember correctly, you'll come across three options while out on a run, it's after meeting (or avoiding) the man crouched down at the side walk, and it'll reflect on whether or not you feel guilty over the hit-and-run done by the apartment complex across from you. 

you have to choose the first option; if you choose the bottom two, i'm guessing it'll pretty much lock you out of any attempt of caring/getting to know the other characters since you're determined on you goal, finding lawrence. in this case, most especially, you'll keep hitting that dead end with wingdings

kept dying to wingdings too a while back and this seemed to work while i was trying to find a way to avoid it. hope this helps :D
