In order to achieve high efficiency, class-D amplifier, which includes two switching devices (MOSFET), was implemented and the MOSFETs are driven by 0.5 duty cycle PWM signals which are generated by IR2110 MOSFET driver. The inductive link was realized by primary and secondary coils which consists of copper wires and in the experiment, 70.58% transmission efficiency was obtained. The input and output power are 2.55 W and 1.8 W respectively. Also the switching performance of driver in class-D amplifier has been observed and analysed.

The MOSFET was used as a switch with 0.5 duty cycle. The system consists of two main parts which are the CPT system and Eclass power amplifier circuit design. In order increase, the efficiency of wireless power transfer system E-class Power amplifier was used. The power telemetry has been realized by the copper capacitive plates with 100 cm2 surface area. The efficiency of the CPT system is 82.1%. Throughput and input power of the system are 4.99 W and 4.1 W, respectively. Also, the switching performance of the E-class power amplifier circuit has been analysed at 1.7 MHz frequency. The circuit was operated at its resonance frequency to increase the efficiency. Finally, the capacitive power transfer system has been designed with 81.2% efficiency at 1.7 MHz frequency and high SNR.

Its analysis as well follows the same pattern. One of the straightforward methods to analyze a complex data such as traffic flow is to cluster the data, and has the probability distribution of it. In this research, three days data from an industrial zone have been considered. The authors have analyzed the data so as to categorize the traffic flow in normalized speeds and the head ways. The flow structure reveals that the normalized speed v\s headway distribution is similar throughout the week, as it is obvious in the speed his to grams .It is seen that in headway distribution, lognormal behavior is observed. A result of this analysis is the fact that on the third day, regardless of the vehicle speeds, tracking distance of the vehicles remained low, which were higher on the previous days.

The circuit topologies of class A, B, AB, C, and E have been given and the working principle of these amplifiers has been discussed. As an experiment, different circuit configurations of class AB amplifier have been constructed and the results have been given. According to the experiment results, the conclusion part was provided about the power amplifiers.

At first, the historical background of wireless power transfer technology has been presented and the background theory of inductive and capacitive method have been given. Several research studies have been investigated to compare the two common methods and also the parameters, which affect the transfer efficiency, have been discussed. According to the results of research studies, the conclusion part was created about the efficiency of wireless power transfer.
