grease pencil rules

Made using the deep paint addon and grease pencil, plus some of my custom brushes i might publish when i figure out how to do that.

So the bricks and wall dont even have a texure, im not texture painting here. Its all vertex color with grease pencil on top. Heres what the scene looks like with all the grease pencil turned off. being able to scribble on top with a brush the same way i would in 2d absolutely rocks and feels so much more intuitive and fun than trying to model these same effects, especially as I’m getting more famliliar w the software.

Shameless plug that I am selling this design on toyhouse. I actually really enjoyed working on this! Part of me still feels weird selling designs, but I try to make sure I’m making a character I kinda don’t want to let go of, lol. Then I feel like they’re worth having.
