More and more businesses are trying to understand how social and environmental innovation can help their business model. The purpose of this paper is to examine the contribution of community involvement toward social and environmental innovation to achieve sustainable tourism development. Perceptions of 650 local community members of different tourist destinations of Jammu and Kashmir have been used to meet the objectives of the study. The structural equation modelling (SEM) technique has been used for determining the structural estimates between constructs with the help of Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) and Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) software. Hypothesis testing revealed a positive impact of community involvement on social and environmental innovation. The results also depicted a positive impact of social and environmental innovation on sustainable tourism development.

The study was carried out through self-administered questionnaires to collect the data from 317 managers and frontline staff members of the luxury hotels using non-probability convenient sampling method. Structured equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the hypothesized relationship. The study outcomes revealed an imperative knowledge about co-creation and service innovation by determining its impact on hotel's overall performance in the hospitality industry. Further, there was a significant impact of co-creation on service innovation which in-turn positively contributes to financial and non-financial performance and lastly, the technological innovation and organizational innovations were found as the key dimensions of service innovation. Finally, this study establishes a foundation for future research and offers managerial guidance in this increasingly important area as it can be widened to different service sectors that may lead to a more generalized outlook of the whole service industry.

For meeting the objectives of the study, the data was collected using a questionnaire from 245 staff members working in an A category hotel's in Jammu and Kashmir using a nonprobability convenience sampling technique. Structured equation modeling was used to test the hypothesis. Results revealed a positive impact of human capital innovation on service innovation. Further, the study found a significant impact of service innovation on employee performance and competitive advantage. The results enriched the knowledge regarding human capital innovation by revealing its influence on the hotel industry's service innovation performance in the form of competitive advantage. The study also leads to a number of future research directions for researchers as well as academicians.

The study also validates and confirms the multidimensionality of service innovation in the hospitality industry. Perceptions of 400 hotel managers were used to explore the relationship. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis followed by structured equation modeling were employed to examine the data. The empirical results indicate that the three-dimensional model provides a solid foundation and accomplishes an excellent fit for data. Empirical results suggest that service innovation has an influential impact on market performance. Similarly, results demonstrate that service innovation has a positive influence on employee productivity. These findings offer insight into dimensionality and consequences of service innovation for academic research and bring value to service contexts particularly hospitality.

The study also examines the moderating role of mentoring between job stress and work-family conflict. The purposive sampling technique has been used to collect the data from five domestic call centers operating in Gurugram (NCR, New Delhi). The data was examined using Exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) followed by Structured Equation Modeling (SEM) to check the relationship between the hypothesis. Results revealed a significant relationship betweenjob stress and work-family conflict. Employees who work long hours having too much work stress are more inclined tohave work-family conflicts. Moreover, it was observed that mentoring acts as a moderator between job stress and work-family conflict. The study is limited to only five domestic call centersinGurugram. Future studies should include international call centers across India for more generalized results.

Although tourism has a beneficial influence on the economy in terms of national income generation, job creation, tax revenue generation and foreign exchange generation, it is a multi-segment sector. As a primary goal of higher education institutions, improving student performance is a top priority. Before a performance improvement program can be designed, it is necessary to map the students' current situation. Traditional computer techniques in the IT industry differ from machine learning. To describe or solve a problem, computers utilize a set of well-written instructions. Data inputs for factual research can be prepared using master learning approaches by computers. We'll look at how machine learning can be used in the tourist and education sectors.

For meeting the objectives of the study data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire from 341 customers visiting luxury hotels in Jammu and Kashmir using a non-probability convenience sampling technique. Structural equation modeling has been used to test the relationship between hypotheses. The findings suggest that there is a positive relationship between co-creation, technological innovation, guest satisfaction and revisit intention. It was found that co-creation and technological innovation have a positive influence on the potential decisions and morale of guests to revisit the same hotel again and again in the future period. The direct relationship between guest satisfaction and revisit intention was also examined. The study is confined to the customers visiting luxury hotels in Jammu and Kashmir. Future studies can widen the circle of study to other states and may add more antecedents and outcomes to co-creation and technological innovation for better results.

pandemic which made travel, tourism, hospitality and events to shut down in many parts of the world, has engaged
the governments and industry to rethink the strategies which can be fruitful in managing the markets during and
after pandemic. As a contribution to the industry this study apparently represents a frontier study, critically
examining the overview and impacts of COVID-19 on tourism and hospitality industry in mostly visiting nations.
The study also assessed the tourism policy responses to Covid-19 by most visiting nations around the world.
