The proprietress of ‘Madame Christmas’, a bar in Central City. She is Mustang's paternal aunt, who took Mustang in after his parents died when he was young and raised him well.
中央市内のバー「マダム・クリスマス」の女主人。 マスタングの父方の叔母で、幼い頃に両親を亡くしたマスタングを引き取り、立派に育て上げてくれた。
She is well versed in background information due to her job, and at Mustang's request, she investigates Selim's past and helps him gather evidence. Because of this, she was marked by the military, so she destroyed the shop, fled, and went into hiding.
仕事柄、裏情報に精通し、マスタングに請われてセリムの過去を調べ、証拠集めに協力。 それが原因で軍にマークされたため、店を破壊して逃亡し、身を隠している。
The rest of the page details Vanessa, Madeleine, and the other girls from the Madame Christmas bar.
Operational code names such as 'Elizabeth' were borrowed from shop girls to hide evidence.

I love how Arakawa clearly wrote detailed backstories for her characters and just like… never elaborates on them. I found an old interview where she was asked why she didn’t include a resolution for Hawkeye and Mustangs goals and her response was essentially “cause this story is about Ed :)”
She’s my biggest inspiration.

Is it really a grave when no body was found? Roy resents it, the whole hem and haw of a funeral that's missing the main attraction. It's a performance for fools, weeping over an empty casket.
