When tension builds in facial muscles, they can become shortened and cause the overlying skin to shrink, leading to wrinkles. Therefore, it is important to relax facial muscles and release tension through facial exercises and gua sha massage.

My favorite ones are this facial pose in this video, neck stretch (i have many videos of neck stretch) and lymphatic masage with a gua sha.
