Modified Recipe
Ingredients (Makes 3 pockets):
• 9 sheets phyllo pastry (12x17”)
• 470-475g milk
• 60g fine semolina flour
• 80g caster sugar (adjust to taste)
• 25g butter
• Zest of one lemon
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 70g frozen or fresh berries
• 120g melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions:
1. 👉🏻 Prepare the phyllo pastry: Remove from the freezer at least 2 hours before use to bring it to room temperature.
