Mrs YumTum - Easy & Quick Recipes on Instagram: "Veggie wrap   Veg cutlet:  -Finely chop carrots, beans, onions & corns.  -Add 1 small boiled potato, 2tbsp full scrambled paneer, fresh coriander & breadcrumbs of 1 bread.  -Add in dry spice mix- 1/2tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp red chilli powder, 1tsp chaat masala, 1tsp coriander powder & salt to taste. -Mix well. Grease your hands & shape into rectangles as shown in the video.  -Cook them in a pan with some oil till they are golden brown & crisp.   -Assemble the wrap as shown in the video & enjoy.
