2 packs frozen udon noodles
1 tbsp olive oil 
2 tbsp butter
4 sprigs green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced 
2 cups mushrooms, chopped
1 tbsp sesame oil
3/4 cup half and half
3 tbsp cream cheese
3 tbsp miso paste
chili oil of choice

Bring a small sauce pot of water to a boil then add in your frozen udon noodles. Turn off heat and cook for 1 minute, drain and set aside. 

In a saute pan, turn on to medium heat. Add olive oil, butter, garlic, and chopped green onions (the white part). Saute for about 3-4 minutes on low then add your mushrooms and sesame oil. Cook for a couple of minutes until mushrooms are tender. 

Add in your half and half, miso paste, and cream cheese. Mix well and let sauce thicken up Mushroom Udon, Olive Oil Butter, Miso Paste, Udon Noodles, Sauce Pot, Creamy Mushrooms, Chili Oil, Half And Half, Sesame Oil
