Mohanthaal is popular sweet in Gujarati cuisine . It is also considered as an auspicious sweet made during every occasion in all families. It is also recommended to have it during winters.

⬇️INGREDIENTS
1 CUP PURE GHEE (Take 3tbsp) (200gm)
1 CUP SUGAR (200gm)
2 CUP GRAM FLOUR (200 gm)
1/4 Cup Mawa/Khoya(50gm)
1/2 CUP WATER FOR SUGAR SYRUP
PISTACHIOS AND ALMONDS
5-6 CARDAMOM Crushed
3 TBSP MILK +1/4 CUP MILK
1 PINCH ORANGE FOOD COLOUR (optional)

Method
➡️ Take gram flour and add 3 tbsp melted ghee and 3 tbsp milk.Now rub it gently for 10 minutes. It should be mixed well. Now keep it aside for 15 minutes. Now sieve it from thick chhalni
