The pear and Brie slices are topped with crumbled bacon and drizzled with apricot jam before being wrapped in crescent roll dough. It’s so good! I peel the rind off of my Brie because I prefer it that way, but you definitely don’t have to. I’ve previously been told that I should never set foot in France because I peeled the rind off of my Brie, so please rest assured is that I have not, in fact, gone to France yet.
