👉INGREDIENTS:
Tamarind pulp - 1 cup (thick)
Onion - 1 (large, chopped)
Green chillies - 2 (chopped)
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Crystal salt - as required 
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chillies - 5 (adjust as per requirement)
Coriander seeds -  1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Jaggery 

👉FOR TEMPERING: (optional procedure)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Chana dal - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chillies - 2 
Garlic cloves - 3 (crushed)
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Asafoetida - a pinch

PREPARATION METHOD:
Heat a pan and add 1 tsp of oil, add coriander seeds, cumin seeds and red chillies. Roast them until aromatic. cool down and crush in mortar pestle.

Pachipulusu with hot rice , mudhapappu and aloofry is a heavenly combination
This version of pachi pulusu was done by our great grandmother ❤️
INGREDIENTS 
▫️Tamarind -lemonsize 
▫️Water - 2 cups 
▫️Green chillies - 4 
▫️ coriander leaves - 1/4th cup
▫️Onion- 1 or 2
▫️ Rock salt - 1 tsp
▫️Cuminseeds - 1tsp
▫️ Curry leaves - 5 to 6
▫️Turmeric - 1/2 tsp

METHOD OF PREPARATION 
▫️First soak lemon size tamarind in water and keep aside for 5 minutes and then squeeze the tamarind and extract the pulp 
▫️Now Into a bowl add onion,greenchilli, coriander leaves, salt and crush it well
▫️Add tamarind pulp and mix it 
▫️Take a pestle add cumin seeds and curryleaves and grind it coarsely and it to the pulsu
▫️Add turmeric and give it a good mix
