燕麥餐肉蛋包 材料: A) 高筋粉250g 燕麥糠25g 砂糖20g 鹽3g 速發乾酵母2.5g(Instant yeast) 鮮奶100g 水80g B) 無鹽牛油15g C) 雞胸午餐肉8片 蛋4隻加鮮奶35g(打勻後用平底鍋分4次慢火煎熟,捲起再一開二) 做法: 1)材料(A)全部混合,搓成光滑狀,再加入(B)搓成可拉出薄膜狀, 蓋上發酵至二倍大。 2)輕壓麵糰排氣,分8等份滾圓靜止15分鐘。 3)捍成長橢圓形,中央放上餐肉與煎蛋,頭尾重疊收口向下,發酵至二倍大。 4)掃上蛋液,加點白芝麻作裝飾,放入已預熱焗爐180度焗約15分鐘。 回看blog的post 對上一次做這款麵包已經是2013年 好久啊! 烤這麵包就是突然好想吃餐肉 雞胸午餐肉好好吃呀~
