- TRX suspended upper body glute bridge 
- TRX suspended upper body single leg bridge
- TRX Crossing lunge - ‘lean in’
- TRX Crossing lunge with rotation 
- TRX suspended clam shell 
- TRX suspended clam shell - hip drop 

Reps - with time under tension 
Beginner - 6 
Intermediate - 8-10 
Advance - 12 -15 
X3-4 rounds 

 ⬆️ added in rep ranges as i had a brilliant question from a follower saying that they had been doing one of my shorter posted workouts & felt they needed to start progressing! 

My 4 go to ways 
 
- Add reps 
- Add load 
- Add sets
-  TUT (time under tension)

As much as i love all the go to TRX lower body exercises, squat, suspended lunge, glute bridge etc. It really does excite me when i find ‘ New Moves’ o Rep Ranges, Time Under Tension, Lower Body Exercises, Single Leg Bridge, Conditioning Workouts, Body Exercises, Glute Bridge, Clam Shell, Lower Body Workout
