The slogan “scratch a liberal and a fascist bleeds” has been vindicated in the longterm. As has the less noteworthy “what zero theory will do to you.” Liberals’ opposition to Trump has coalesced into a form where war and genocide are not only to be tolerated but to be celebrated. The US is something sacred and borderline divine that must be defended and upheld and expanded and preserved. The Democractic Party in the midst of all of this has made absolutely zero reservations letting you know who they are. As capitalism tumbles from its highest peak whilst daydreaming of its own ongoing success, the path forward is fascism or socialism, and Dems have made it clear which side they are on. The liberal has followed them. Their strategy of doing fuck all against Trump and putting up a milquetoast war criminal in an election has had a 33% success rate, and that percentage will go down in the future.

This letter is from the cartoonist Alfred Joseph Frueh to his wife Giuliette Fanciulli, sent on Jan 10th, 1913. The letter opens up to form a model of a gallery hung with paintings. Frueh made this model to inform his wife about the details of a specific art gallery before her visit.
