Padahal Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan tentang standar kualifikasi dan kompetensi guru sudah berjalan empat belas tahun, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji kompetensi guru tahun 2017, 2018, dan 2019. Upaya meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru melalui pelatihan jarak jauh dengan pola pendekatan heutagogi. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis stastatistik deskriptif maupun stastistik inferensial. Data yang diolah dikumpulkan melalui serangkaian tes, proses, dilengkapi dengan triangulasi melalui angket. Hasil temuan secara analisis deskriptif bahwa hasil tes menunjukkan bahwa tes awal 41,50 < 78,19 sebagai hasil tes akhir, sehingga terdapat perbedaan rata-rata nilai yang positif. Sementara itu, hasil anaslisis inferensial menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,398 dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0,029. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa antara hasil sebelum dan seteleh treatment terdapat perbedaan yang positif sebagai hasil pelatihan dengan pola pendekatan heutagogi memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi profesional. Dari hasil triangulasi juga penelitian ini menemukan peran pengalaman dan motivasi turut mendorong hasil pelatihan. Sehingga penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pelatihan jarak jauh dengan pola pendekatan heutagogi memiliki dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru. tersebut.

Because the Covid-19 pandemic condition requires an online learning process. One of the efforts made is to improve the competence of teachers in making android-based learning applications. The application used in this research is the one that refers to thunkable, which is one of the service providers for making android applications. This research was conducted through a one-shot case study approach with descriptive analysis. The results showed that the competence of madrasa teachers in making android-based applications increased after self-awareness-based training. The teacher's ability to increase both knowledge and skills is quite significant. The problem in this study is to compare the humorous aspects of Si Kabayan's story with Abu N... more The problem in this study is to compare the humorous aspects of Si Kabayan's story with Abu Nawas and describe it according to the objectives of the research. The research method is qualitative with Koestler's psychological methods with applications in bisociation. The results of this study show similarities and differences between the characters in Si Kabayan's story with Abu Nawas. The main equation is that the sense of humor is high because of the large gap between the M1 and M2 levels of each story. Similarly, motives and mandates are similar to the ingenuity aspects used to deceive others. At the same time, the difference lies in the fact that Si Kabayan has a socio-cultural origin from the lower classes of Sundanese society. While Abu Nawas has a Middle Eastern culture with a social environment around the palace. Both stories are full of irony and paradox in the real life of each region. Penelitian ini justru membantah asumsi tersebut, bahwa dengan pembelajaran online bisa juga mengembangkan aspek afektif siswa. Hence, TV media is expected to contribute on language preservation, Bahasa Indonesia in particular. How significant the influence of stand up comedy and what aspects of comedy represent against language preservation are the two primary focuses on the research. Based on the data sources and analysis results, Four aspects of stand-up comedy cover: linguistic, social, economic and religious. The conclusion is stand up comedy can be an effective mean to preserve language and to educate the community. This study aims to investigate students’ affective aspects, parents, and teacher perspective on islamic religious education using asynchronous learning. Data were collected using questionnaires, interview, and observation. The data were analysed using descriptive analysis. The results show that there was a change on students’ competence in terms of affective religious aspects. Initially 60% students have negative attitudes and decreased to 30% after they had experienced asynchronous distance learning with commitment of learning establishment. The parents in their interview expressed that they were greatly assisted by the commitment of learning their children formed. One of these efforts has been pursued through evaluations that also lead to critical reflection. This research is a descriptive analysis of the final semester evaluation questions that are examined from the point of view of high-level thinking [HOTS]. The reference to the HOTS criteria is that the researcher refers to the opinions of King and his friends. From the manuscript data, the issues examined are samples from the Bandung area. The results of the analysis show that 10 out of 15 HOTS ranges proposed by King are already included in the scripts made by the teachers. On the one hand, it shows the teacher's creativity in compiling questions. On the other hand, all these questions do not refer to the HOTS criteria as planned. Tujuannya untuk melihat makna pelatihan partispatif daring sebagai upaya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Pelatihan secara daring selain dipandang efektif, juga dianggap tepat dimasa pandemi. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif analitik terhadap satu kelas pelatihan daring yang dilaksanakan di Balai Diklat Keagamaan bandung tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbaikan hasil pelatihan berupa kompetensi pedagogik oleh peserta pelatihan berdasarkan perbedaan hasil pretes dan postes. Penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya peran motivasi peserta dalam proses pelatihan yang berkontribusi terhadap capaian hasil pelatihan tersebut. Sehingga, penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pelatihan daring partisipatif bermakna sebagai upaya perbaikan kompetensi pedagogik guru, terutama masa pandemi.

The results of the analysis of the description of the novel used as basic materials for the development of teaching materials in the form of modules. Abstrak Kekhawatiran musnahnya penggunaan bahasa-bahasa di dunia saat ini hampir 50% menuju kepunahan. Salah satu upaya pemertahanan yang dianggap paling efektif adalah melalui media massa. Pemirsa media televisi menyukai acara humor, yang salah satunya adalah stand up. Karena itu, media televisi diasumsikan dapat turut membantu upaya pemertahanan Bahasa Indonesia. Seberapa besar pengaruh stand up comedy terhadap pemertahanan dan aspek apa saja yang dapat direfresentasikannya menjadi kajian utama peneliti. Berdasarkan sumber data dan analisis peneliti, ada empat aspek dalam stand up comedy, yaitu linguistic, social, ekonomi, dan religious. Benang merah tersebut adalah bahwa stand up comedy bisa menjadi media efektif dalam pemertahanan Bahasa untuk kritik terhadap pemerintah maupun sebagai sarana pendidikan untuk masyarakat. Stand up comedy akan mudah diterima dan dicerna masyakat karena gaya penyajian yang ringan dan penuh kelucuan. Walaupun penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia masih merupakan Bahasa slank, namun paling tidak masih termotivasi untuk menggunakan Bahasa nasional daripada Bahasa asing, sebagai upaya pemertahanan Bahasa nasional. This study aims to measure the teaching literacy skills of the teacher.
This qualitative research reveals the pedagogical literacy of teachers. This educational literacy tool refers to the opinion of Ibn Khaldun. Data were revealed on the results of the assessment of teachers' skills [PKG], PCK skills (knowledge of educational content) and literacy in dialogue, which are linked to age, years of service and employment status [ASN / non-ASN. The sample consists of primary school teachers from the city of Bandung. The results obtained after analysis of the data that PKG, PCK, and educational literacy], are the age dimension with a level of significance of 0.05 is 0.183. The CPK is 0.295, while the educational table is 0.463. Thus from the moment when the calculation table is greater than PKG [table T] 0.293> 0.05; PCK 0.179> 0.05 and Pedagogy 0.137> 0.05, so that the dimensions of age and years of work do not affect the value of PKG, PCK or the capacity for pedagogical literacy. Likewise, the dimensions of employment status can be interpreted as significantly influencing teaching skills.
Based on this analysis, which can be put forward to answer the problem. First, based on theoretical study, teachers are considered to have pedagogical literacy skills if they have three variables. The first variable is the teacher of the religious aspect who has the capacity "tadrij". The second variable from the point of view of the teacher's attitude and motivation is sincerity or "waro".

Abstrak Dunia Pendidikan Nasional saat ini sedang berupaya meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didiknya agar mampu berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Upaya ini salah satunya ditempuh melalui evaluasi yang mendorong ke arah berpikir kritis pula. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu analisis deskriptif terhadap soal penilaian akhir semester yang ditinjau dari sudut pandang soal berpikir tingkat tinggi [HOTS]. Acuan kriteria HOTS ini peneliti mengacu pada pendapat King dan kawan-kawan. Dari data yang berupa naskah soal yang ditelaah merupakan sampel dari wilayah Kota Bandung. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 10 dari 15 rentang HOTS yang dikemukakan oleh King, sudah terdapat dalam naskah soal yang dibuat para guru. Dalam satu sisi hal ini menunjukkan adanya kreativitas guru dalam menyusun soal. Dalam sisi lainnya belum semua soal tersebut mengacu pada kriteria HOTS sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Karena itu, perlu peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun naskah soal yang berupa HOTS. Peningkatan ini bisa melalui pelatihan-pelatihan guru.
