(so my kintype [troll] is a buglike species which means sugar is the SHIT! but obviously human body cant have too much and idk how to manage this? i burnt through three packs of watermelon gum today and a bunch of other unhealthy stuff so id appreciate advice :> )

An Easy alternative for refined sugar would be fruit sugar or honey.

Personally when a craving hits i prefer simple fruit salads or just the whole fruit depending on the texture you are craving.

For healthier alternatives i have some nice mocktails and fruit salads you might wanna try if a craving hits ^-^
