I started this blog a whole heck of a long time ago when I made a lot of moodboards, which can be found on my instagram @/kindofa.bitch. apologies for the discrepancy in naming, tumblr didn’t allow a period and instagram doesnt allow a dash. Now i mostly just post the wallpapers i make for myself on my story there.

My name is alfredo, my pronouns are she/her, I am an art student, amateur tattooist, in my early 20s (so i dont have to come back and edit this in a few months ill leave it at that, lol), and i love to give advice. my personal blog is @heartshapedsandwich which is a somewhat dull diary blog where i post very dramatic textposts and a stunning amount of detail about my life, as well as silly, absurd, aesthetic, and political-ish content. if you are in need of a friend, outside opinion, prayer, or just an ear please reach out to me through that blog. or if you have voyeuristic tendencies it might interest you. this is your warning that it is both potentially triggering and nsfw. i do have a great positivity tag though, i think, if you’re in need of a pick me up. although this blog has amassed a somewhat impressive following, that blog has nearly 0. I don’t have any tumblr friends right now. I’d like to.

Anyway, this blog is dedicated to my cache of pngs. i’m sure youre familiar with the concept of tags, but ill go ahead and be thorough. I try to organize my blog into categories for ease of use–those categories being color, type, and number of notes. excuse my vanity. I do welcome requests but i only put effort into things that i am interested in when it comes to passion projects such as this, which i think is reasonable. however, never be afraid to ask. I request you reach out via private message rather than ask box because i do not get notified when i receive asks and i am more likely to see it promptly. but it’s up to you. please also feel free to submit or send me anything you make with the pngs i’ve peddled, i would love to see them.

I appreciate that apps such as picsart have stepped into the place of polyvore and seem to have made blogs like mine obsolete from a utilitarian perspective. I suppose old habits die hard though; when i started making moodboards it was in the fallout of polyvore’s demise and i’m used to doing things a certain way. it seems people like what i have to post regardless. I feel that you may get some more original content from here than you would on the platforms which most people do. if you care about originality.

on that note i also encourage you to make your own pngs! i use the app magiceraser. it’s pretty self explanatory. you’re smart. you can figure it out. disconnecting from wifi/disabling your data will prevent ads from running, although they aren’t too cumbersome in my opinion. feel free to submit pngs you’ve made as well.

I source most of my pngs from random aesthetic blogs on tumblr, sometimes ads on instagram, rarely from my life. what i’m saying is i do not own most of the images, although the ones i post now have been turned into pngs by me. I ask that they are not reposted, but also i dont really care that much i guess. if you use them for your own purposes do not feel the need to credit me.

A big thank you to @19cats, who was the first png blog i ever used and inspired me. I also apologize for probably plagiarizing some of their pngs when i first started this account. i’d also like to shoutout @s4dpngs and @vilethings for posting superb content, unfortunately i am not the sort of person who can subscribe to an aesthetic, and i respect their work + dedication. and a nod of respect to all that also post pngs, for being silent partners with me in this thing we do. if you come across something on my blog that belongs to you, please send me a message and we can move forward from there.
