Refund policy
Returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY are accepted on regular-priced yarn stocked in-store in original condition within 60 days (shipping not included). No returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items, needles, digital content, special orders, drop-ship orders, pre-orders, and patterns. Please contact us in the case of defects.
Due to merchant processing fees, we are unable to retro-actively apply coupon codes or gift card codes not entered at checkout for a refund. Please be sure to fully enter your coupon code or gift card before completing checkout.
Some subscription auto-renewals that are not managed ahead of renewal time may not be eligible for refunds; some may be eligible for a refund minus a processing fee to cover merchant fees (see our Subscriptions Policy for more details).
Class Cancellation Policy: refund for store credit with 7 days' advanced notice; within 7 days, no refund unless your spot can be filled from a waitlist.
Virtual Course Cancellation Policy (courses hosted on our virtual classroom platform Thinkific): refund for store credit minus a 5% processing fee with 2 days' advanced notice; within 2 days of course start date no refunds available. There are no refunds for course materials or digital content that the student has already received.
Rewards coupons earned expire 1 year from issue date and are good on non-sale items only.
Knot Another Club cancellation policy: monthly subscription service can be cancelled at any time; no refunds on previous charges. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 30 days of subscribing; no refunds after 30 days.
