I will assume it is being used figuratively, I searched it up and apparently this can be an odd mistranslation of a Romanian phrase meaning "you are guilty of doing something really bad or expect something really bad to happen and you’re extremely worried".
But other searches say that it is an uncommon variation of the insult, "[you act like you've got] a stick up your ass", as in "you are an extremely rigid and irritating person."
