'i'm polite as much as possible' means you try hard to be polite most of the time. a more natural way to say it would me 'i try hard to be polite.'

A: Polite is just something respectful you can do/say like saying “please” and “thank you” to people is polite, not being rude to people is polite. Your overall respectfulness and attitude towards people is what can make you polite.

Being formal means being more prestigious, using bigger words, not using slang terms when talking to people of importance or in certain social situations. When attending a special event you may be asked to wear “formal attire” which means fancy clothes for girls we’d wear a dress and high heels.

Natural means you’re in your natural state. If I just dressed really casual and didn’t wear makeup I’d be looking natural because it’s the way I normally look. Or if I’m doing something effortlessly the way I normally do things it’s “natural”

There are many ways to say the same thing.

“There are relatively more people whose personality does not change based on the environment they grew up in than not”.

This sounds a little strange only because the clause is so long.
Put simply:
“There are relatively (compared clause) than not.”

When the clause is really long and you want to say “more 〇〇 than not” you can just put it in front.
→ “more often than not, there are relatively ...”

A: English doesn't have strict levels of politeness, so these definitions will be different for every English speaker.
In general, I think of the politeness levels like this:

1. Polite:
- talking to strangers, customers, bosses, teachers
- indirect, "soft" expressions like "Could you ~?" or "Would it be possible to ~?"
- calling people by their title, like "sir" or "professor"

2. Formal:
- writing a news article, a report, business e-mails
- no contractions
- using many words from Latin and Greek (for example, "start" → "commence")

3: Informal/casual:
- the general way of speaking and writing, except for the special situations where you need to be polite or formal

4: Colloquial:
- very casual situations, like speaking to friends or chatting online
- many non-standard contractions: "I'mma" (= I will), "gonna" (= going to), "kinda" (= kind of = somewhat)
