Today in the first two slides ( First one in English - Segundo en Español ) I am giving you some tips about the mistakes that I did when I started. And I don’t know why I sound like a bilingual bird 🤭 . And they are not showing complete 🤦🏽‍♀️ They are too long . I’ll try to make a reel or just divide the tips in different slides ☺️
Also , since I can only post 10 videos , the last slide has the last 2 exercises for Triset N•3 Biceps & Triceps 
ABS are going to be in another post 

9 Exercises- 3 Series - 3 Trisets ( 3 exercises in a row not resting in between) One min rest between series .

TRISET N•1 ( Routine starts in slide N•3) 
1️⃣ Shoulders - 12 reps 
2️⃣ Biceps - 12 reps ( remember to go down slow :)
