RAVA DOSA BATTER:
1/2 cup course sooji (rava)
1/2 cup rice flour
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1.5 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp hing
1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/2 a red onion, finely diced
2 serrano chilis finely chopped
1 tsp ginger, finely grated using a microplane
1/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt
3 1/2 cups water
