Garlic & butter is a great combination. This paneer recipe will become your favourite coz of the simplicity.
Its tastes so delicious and is ready under 15 min.
Method:
-Take about 150g paneer. Cut into small cubes.
-Marianne with salt, 1/4tsp black pepper, 1/4tsp white pepper, 1/2tsp soy sauce, cut green chillis & 1tsp ginger garlic paste.
-Mix well & marinate for 5-10min.
-Now add 1tsp cornflour & 1tsp all purpose flour. Mix well.
-In the same pan, add little oil & sauté for 5min till crispy golden brown. Take it out & keep aside.
-For the butter garlic sauce, add butter to the pan, chopped garlic, chopped coriander, chopped spring onions.
-Sauté for a minute. Then add some pepper & 1/2 tsp soy sauce.
