Ingredients:
20 wonton wrappers 
10 ounces diced ham
20 tablespoons egg whites 
5 ounces 1/3 less fat cream cheese 
5 ounces reduced fat shredded cheese 
2 green onions, diced

Optional Cream Cheese seasonings:
1/2 teaspoon dill (fresh or dried)
1/2 teaspoon chives (fresh or dried)
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray. Line each cup with 2 wonton wrappers creating a cup.
3. Mix in cream cheese seasonings if you’d like.
