I’m actually a bit jealous of Alma because I want my own Hogwarts bed! I used the actual beds used in the Harry Potter film as inspiration (you can see them at WB Tour London) but modified it a bit to fit with the already existing base. I first thought of building the entire bed myself but then realized I do not have the competence to build a safe sleeping space for a child so I instead got the canopy bed from @vidaxl_se I’m still contemplating adding a ceiling and some trim to make it more film accurate but I’m having some logistical difficulties with it, and I’m also worried it’ll just be a dust collector. After 7 months of work I finally finished! This project was a birthday present for my girlfriend that's a little late (her bday is in April) but I love how it came out and would do it again!
