1) Cut your fabric into a rectangle measuring approximately 3 x 22 inches.

2) Fold the fabric in half lengthwise with the right sides facing each other.

3) Sew along the long edge of the fabric.

4) Turn the fabric tube right side out so that the seam is on the inside. Use a turning tool or a safety pin to help if needed.

5) Cut elastic at 8.5 inches. I'm using 3/4 non-roll knit elastic.

6) Attach a safety pin to one end of the elastic and feed it through the fabric tube.

7) Sew both ends of the elastic together securely.

8) Place the raw edges of the fabric loop between the metal key fob hardware. Make sure the fabric loop is centered within the hardware.
