This fits in with my latest blog post. The post is about the kleshas, a concept in the Yoga Sutras explaining five obstacles on our way towards this calm and tranquil mind. The first obstacle is Avidya, which means ignorance or misunderstanding. We naturally misunderstand our individual self and the true Self, leading to the four other obstacles: I-am-ness, attachment to what we like, aversion, and fear.
