Ingredients: * 4 cups milk * 300 ml thickened cream * 1/2 cup caster sugar * 1 cup cornflour * 2 teaspoons vanilla extract * 1 vanilla bean * 1 sheet frozen puff pastry * 1 egg (for egg wash) * Toasted shaved almonds (for topping) * Icing sugar (for dusting)  Instructions: 1.
