Piadina 2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 3 tbsp olive oil  1/2 cup + 2 tbsp milk  -In a medium sized bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking soda. -Add oil and milk. If dough is still too dry, add water 1 tbsp at a time.  -Use your hands to bring the ingredients together to almost form a ball. -Empty onto a flat surface, knead for 1 minute, roll into a ball. -Place ball back into the bowl and cover with plastic wrap or hand towel. Let rest for 30 minutes. -Divide and roll into 4 balls.
