Pick up stick weaving patterns

One of the many benefits of weaving with pick-up sticks is being able to change your pattern on a whim. Here’s one project that uses pick-up sticks to create 3 different towels.

Pick the method that suits your own preferences the most. This online class offers a variety of set up options for your rigid heddle loom. Method one uses two heddles, a pick up stick and a heddle rod. Method two uses one heddle, 2 heddle rods and a pick up stick. Method three uses three heddles. "WOW! Most of the time when you are weaving on a rigid heddle loom and following instructions, there will be written notes for how to weave a pattern. For example, in any of my rigid heddle classes you will see threading instructions, telling you which holes and slots to thread, including colour order wherever it's applicable.
