This was my first attempt at lace knitting so I chose something small. It was really challenging but I learnt that stitch markers are your friend and that moving markers to accommodate decreases isn’t as scary as it seems. I found it easier to use the chart than the written instructions - when I realised it was like reading music. Pattern was well/ written and I’ll definitely try another of Susie Sparkles’ designs for children.
