Roasted Garlic Potatoes au Gratin is my all-time favourite comfort food recipe. It combines layers of thinly sliced potatoes, infused with the rich flavour of roasted garlic and creamy, cheesy goodness. It's a real crowd-pleaser and perfect for any occasion!

Fontina cheese  50g. Parmesan cheese 2 cups Heavy Cream 1 Roasted head of Garlic 2 Tbsp Butter  Salt/Pepper to taste Fresh Thyme Chives  ❂ Cooking process:    ⁃ Preheat oven to 400˚F. Grease a casserole dish.  ⁃ Grate 2mm thinly slice potatoes – using a mandolins.   ⁃ Fry bacon with onions.  ⁃ Grate three cheeses.  ⁃ Combine Gruyere, Fontina, Parmesan cheeses and heavy cream.
