1.5 pounds Cockles 
2 tbsp shallots, finely diced 
2 large garlic cloves, grated 
1-2 tbsp harissa, or to taste
1 tsp ground fennel seeds
1 tsp ground coriander
1/3 cup white wine
1/2 orange, zested 
Salt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and drizzle with oil. Once hot add the garlic, shallots, and season with salt. Cook until fragrant and translucent. Then add the harissa, ground fennel and ground coriander. Cook until the spices are fragrant and the harissa turns deep red in color. 

Add Crusty Italian Bread, Steamed Clams, Italian Bread, Fennel Seeds, Orange Zest, 5 Pounds, Virgin Olive Oil, Shallots, Extra Virgin
