For the chocolate ganache: 
300 gr chocolate
40 gr unsalted butter (optional see tip below)

For the base: 
500 gr kataifi pastry
125gr unsalted butter
300gr pistachio cream @alphamegacy 

For the cream: 
600 gr cream cheese 
200 ml whipping cream
200 gr melted white chocolate 
2 tbsp icing sugar 
250 gr pistachio cream
(Let it cool in the fridge for at least an hour)

For the decoration: 
50 gr crushed pistachios 
50 gr pistachio cream 
leftover kataifi base 

Tip: Butter will turn the ganache rich and shiny but also turn the liquid stiff. To fix the seized chocolate, add a splash of whole milk or whipping cream and whisk for a minute. This will help and give a more melt in the mouth texture ⭐️
