With love, ❤️ Strawberry Refrigerator Cake 1 box yellow cake mix ¾ c. melted butter 1 pkg strawberry jello mix 1 c. strawberry or cranberry juice (I used cranberry) 3 eggs To start, add juice to jello mix. Stir and set aside. In the meantime, pour the cake mix into the bowl of your stand mixer, add melted butter, eggs, and jello mixture. Using the Whisk attachment (or hand mixer) beat for 2 minutes ** half-way through the mixing process, clean the sides of the bowl with a spatula so the mixture is consistent. After 2 minutes, the batter should be light and fluffy. Pour batter into a 9 x 13 greased and floured cake pan (or divide evenly between two 8” round cake pans if you want to make a layer cake).
