You can sub the Greek yogurt for any nondairy yogurt of choice, if desired! Makes 12 smoothie cups, 2-3/serving 1 large banana, cut into coins 2 honeycrisp apples, cored and chopped 3 tb honey 1 tb cinnamon 1/2 cup almond butter 1 1/2 cups plain greek yogurt (or vanilla flavor) To make a smoothie: Add 2-3 smoothie cups to a blender with 1/2-3/4 cup milk of choice. Blend until smooth and enjoy! Slice banana into coins and set aside. In a bowl, add apple pieces, honey and cinnamon. Toss to coat well. In a muffin tray, add banana coins and apple mixture. Add 1-2 tsp almond butter to each cavity then top with greek yogurt.
