PRE-ORDERS
All products with a [P] preceding their name are pre-order products. This means they don’t exist yet. Once the store closes, they have to be produced, packed and shipped. This process takes around a month depending on order volume. If your order contains a pre-order product it won’t ship until said product can be packed. You can place two different orders if you want your non pre-order products to be shipped sooner.
PACKING
Packed manually by me. Packing times depend on order volume.
MATERIALS AND THEIR CORRECT MAINTENANCE
Acrylic (keychains, standees and pins): These are normally packed with a protective plastic film covering the back. The print is hard to peel as it is secured with a gloss coat, but I recommend keeping pins and keychains somewhere safe if you want them to have long lives.
Wood (keychains, standees and pins): These are normally packed with a protective piece of masking tape covering both the front and the back. The material is sturdy so it will last a long time even if it gets thrown into a backpack. It has a rather coarse surface so it could be hard to clean, keep dust away from it.
Watercolor paper (Prints): Like any other printed surface, keep these away from direct sunlight, otherwise the picture will fade with time.
Posters: Poster paper is thinner than print paper to ensure they don’t get bent or wrinkled when packed. They can be taped to the wall as they are, but framing them would keep them in perfect condition for a longer time.
Silk screened cotton (Apparel): Read the washing instructions carefully and always make sure to turn them inside out before washing! Some of these products might come with faint conveyor belt ink stains that should disappear once they’re washed.
