Index massae corporeae[1] est quantitas ex hominis massa (pondere) et altitudine derivata. Definitur pondus corporis hominis per quadratum altitudinis corporeae divisum, et omnino unitatibus kg/m2 exprimitur, ex massa chiliogrammatibus et altitudine metris enumerata oriens.
