La Luz Boutique Return Policy

1. Return Window:
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Return Process:
Customers must initiate a return request via email tocontact@laluzboutique.com within the 14-day window, including their order number and reason for return. If you prefer, you can choose to use our self-serve return option by visiting our website and following the step-by-step instructions. If you would like us to provide a return shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit.

3. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued as store credit only, which will be provided once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

4. Final Sale Items:
All bodysuits, swimsuits, beauty products, sale items, gift cards, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. This is to ensure hygiene and safety standards and maintain the best possible quality for all our customers.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the defect or mistake. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund if the item is out of stock.

6. Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers are encouraged to return the unwanted item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Return Shipping Options:

  • Self-Serve Return: Visit our website and use our easy self-serve return process to generate your own shipping label and return instructions.
  • Return Shipping Label Provided by Us: If you request a return shipping label from us, the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit.
