When I first realized I was trans, I never thought I would make it past 18. I'm now going to be turning 25 this year, almost a year into my first-ever full-time job (another thing I never thought was possible). While my physical and mental health haven't been great, I'm glad and thankful every day of my choice to transition and live with myself as I truly am. And I'm glad to show people that two-spirit people and LGBT Muslims exist and can live happy lives. Shout out and love to my fellow two-spirit folks and my fellow trans Muslims, any future with us in it is a bright one 🧡🏳️‍⚧️

can i say something and now that’s it’s not really going around anymore i hated that post that was like “it’s so annoying when people extend words on the final consonant instead of the vowel that’s not how words work that’s not how you would say it” well guess what written text is different from spoken word in that it has a visual component that can be used to display the emphasis emotion and inflection that is auditorily expressed with spoken word. “looooove” vs. “loveeeee” or “riiiiight” vs. “righttttt” etc….these can have different connotations and are not necessarily the same thing. and visual emphasis/inflection does not have to 1:1 map onto auditory emphasis/inflection because they are different modes of communication. but whateverrrr
