definitely deserves the praise and acclaim that it's been getting. this film is the quintessential wolverine movie, the only part of the standalone trilogy that truly explores who the character actually is as a person and a mutant. once again, the x-men franchise proves itself to be at its strongest when the films gravitate toward their emotional realism than to be a full-blown sci-fi flick. hugh jackman and patrick stewart add so much to their characters, but dafne keen's debut performance here's too good not to talk about.
