Felix Clancy’s review published on Letterboxd:
Interesting.
It unfortunately wears thin after a while, but this was surprisingly pretty solid for most of it. Reminds me of 2010’s YouTube videos, so if you enjoy those you’ll like this.
No doubt the concept of this is fantastic, and there’s some hilarious, even heartwarming moments at times, it’s just a shame that I found the runtime to be extremely long as it sort of just starts repeating itself with rehearsing, recasting, rehearsing. I mean it depends on how long you can sit through GTA rehearsals for, for me- it wasn’t very long.
Definitely give props to the creators of this, and everyone involved seem like awesome people. Quite an accomplishment and I hope this inspires other people to do similar projects because the world of video games is awesome for exploring. No doubt if I made something like this I’d never shut up, cut this to maybe 60-70 minutes and it could’ve been more enthralling.
