Got the chance to see this at Majestic Bay. While I’m normally not crazy about documentary’s, the subject of the documentary caught my attention. Eddie Vitch’s life was a very interesting story, and for the most part, I really enjoyed how this film explored that story. I did have a couple problems though. The story reaches a point around the hour mark that felt like it should’ve been the end of the film. The third act primarily revolves around exploring how Vitch’s family views him and the choice’s he makes, which was interesting, but it dragged on for way to long. There were also some technical issues that bugged me, like choppy audio editing and some shots that were painfully out of focus. That being said, I still found this film to be a strong story and something I’d recommend people see if they get the chance.
