A great documentary for something that had happened so recently at its release date. It’s also perfect doc fodder because of the huge amount of footage that the filmmakers had to work with from the festival and promotions, much of which is quite incriminating. It’s main theme is just how damaging a narcissist with a big ego can be to a business, and how it’s always the people at the bottom who pay the biggest price, in this case the native Bahamian workers, and boy does it demonstrate its point well. It’s straightforward, chronological structure also works very well for the material, and is incredibly engaging throughout. Remember, kids: it doesn’t matter how many industry professionals you have on your team, bad leadership is poison.
