As a history buff, I just like watching older movies in general, thinking of the time there. An old Italian movie, very ahead of its time and suspenseful. The main character is a freaky frog, but also a murderous one. But it’s beautiful to watch a bunch of classically trained European actors with a big budget and I almost forget the abstract story. Just caught up in the shots and performances of the cast. Like my first time watching a Shakespeare play in person.
